The Rovero walkway roof is constructed with 32x2 mm thick arches spaced 2 meters apart. The side rises 90 centimeters straight up, after which the arch begins. The arch consists of two parts and is connected at the ridge with a crosspiece. The gable ends are fitted with four diagonal braces of approximately 32 x 1.5 mm and a ground tube of approximately 32 x 1.5 mm. Each arch is fitted with a horizontal tie rod of approximately 32 x 1.5 mm at a height of approximately 2.5 meters. Each arch is fitted with two arm braces of approximately 19 x 0.8 mm.

The tunnel is, of course, delivered as a complete kit, including all necessary components such as bolts, nuts, and screws. All nuts and bolts are grade 8.8 or higher. All components are galvanized for corrosion protection. A B14 x 19 self-drilling screw is included for all clamping system connections to prevent displacement under load.

We supply the professional-grade Solar EVO 180 micron film for this tunnel. This crystal-clear, 8-layer film boasts exceptional tensile strength and a long lifespan. It also features anti-condensation additives. Tunnel tension straps are included for crisscrossing the tunnel and tying to the screw anchors.

Also included are thick-walled screw anchors, round 27 x 2.35 mm with a length of 70 centimetres, to properly secure the tunnel in the ground.

The tunnel includes 125x200 cm steel sliding doors on both sides.
